Incoming Mobility Erasmus +
We are happy to offer you the catalogue of courses to which you can contribute during a Teaching Staff mobility at our Faculty for the course 2026/2027.
Please bear in mind that you can choose just one of them. The teaching activity would consist of four hours of face-to-face classes and two hours of online assessment. In order to complete the eight required hours of teaching activities you would be welcome to dedicate two hours to promote your University among our students.

- Deadline for the first semester: October 31st 2026
- Deadline for the second semester: March 31st 2027
Please try to adapt your proposal as much as possible to the topic and the approach suggested below for each course.

Incoming Mobility Erasmus +
Dear colleagues,
This year, we are once again hosting a group training activity for international non-teaching higher education staff. Instead of welcoming visitors individually throughout the academic year, we are organizing a centralized, one-week training program.
We look forward to welcoming non-teaching staff from our partner Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) during the week of 12th–16th April 2027.
We encourage all participants to join us in a spirit of shared learning and mutual exchange. To enhance the learning experience for everyone, the program will include a dedicated session where visiting staff can give a short presentation on a topic within their area of expertise, contributing to the professional growth of attendees from across different universities.

Application Dates: Applications will be open from November 1st, 2026, to January 31st, 2027. (Please note: The link to the application form will be made available directly on this page on November 1st).

Notification: All applicants will receive an email update regarding their application status during the first week of February 2027.

Available Places: A total of 25 places are available.

Selection Criteria: Priority will be given to applicants from institutions holding an active Erasmus+ Inter-Institutional Agreement with our faculty. Any remaining spots will be allocated to applicants from other institutions until capacity is reached.

Diversity & Representation: To ensure broad international representation, a maximum of 3 participants per institution will be selected.
