Incoming Students / Movilidad Entrante

Before the Mobility

STEP 1: Nomination, online application and acceptance.

  • 1st semester and full academic year students

Dear student, once you have been nominated by your home University as an Erasmus student we will ask you in due time to fill out the online application whose link and tutorial can be found above. Keep in mind that deadline for online application is May 15th.

It is essential to read carefully all important information available below in this web page.

Note that our catalogue of courses for next academic year will not be available until mid-June. We do not expect sifnificant changes in our current catalogue, therefore you should make a preliminary selection of courses based on that. Please, check the section below "Where do I find courses offered, what is possible and how can I best choose"

    Important key dates:

    • Lectures will beging on September 15th (still to be confirmed).
    • Recommended arrival date in Granada around 7th of September (still to be confirmed).
    • International students' Welcome Induction Days: Second week of September.

You need to select as follow:

    • Ciclo de estudios: Grado-Bachelor (even if you are a Master student at home University, you have been selected under an agreement for undergraduate level).
    • Academic year: 2025/2026
    • Fase: Primera Fase

Note that courses taught in english are displayed with their names in Spanish because no traslation is available in the online application. There are two groups in these taught in english courses, one in Spanish and one in English. At his moment the platform does not offer the possibility to select either the Spanish or the English group. Therefore, in you want to be enrolled in the english group of the course you must slect the course with its name in Sapnish and then when the academic responsible preceeds to validate your application, she will register all Erasmus incoming students in the English group. In case you would like to enroll in the Spanish group, please let us know by email to oriccps@ugr.es by the end of May.

If you have been nominated for the whole academic year, please select now all the courses you would like to do including those for the second semester.

While the online application is open you can make changes but after May 15th no further changes will be possible via online.

Finally, by mid-July, all those who have followed successfully all the steps above will receive an acceptance letter.

While the online application is open you can make changes but after October 31st no further changes will be possible via online.

Finally, by mid-December, all those who have followed successfully all the steps above will receive an acceptance letter.

  • You await an e-mail written by our international office which gives you exact instructions on how to apply online for your mobility at UGR (Ciencias Politicas y Sociologia). This includes a tutorial which guides you through online application process. Please see the tutorial guide, and the online application portal above.

  • Generally, we require, or, highly recommend a B1 to be able to attend classes, participate and live in Granada. You are treated equally as Spanish students, and therefore a certain level is expected.

Almost any proof suffices, from formal certificates to signed memos by professors or teachers, or self-written paper proving your awareness, motivation and dedication to self-study properly and take on the challenge. This all knowing that a lower level of Spanish will greatly challenge your educational endeavours here. Also, note that the first semester offers more courses in English at our faculty than the second semester. And, courses from other faculties are frequently selected, however, places cannot be guaranteed (subject to availability and in-faculty students have priority).

  • We recommend a combination of formal classes at your institution, online support tools (apps such as DuoLingo, specifying in faculty and course-specific vocabulary, or 1 on 1 online teaching; preply) as well as attending so-called Language Cafes. During your stay here you can choose to attend one of many courses taught by the Centre of Modern Languages (www.clm-granada.com) which are accredited with 6 ECTS. However, that course is not for free. Intrinsic motivation is your best engine for improving your Spanish proficiency.

  • Usually each University applies there own Learning Agreement, therefore it is important to ask your faculty´s international office coordinator which document to use. In case you cannot find one the EU provides you with a general template that works fine. Beware that a LA consists of three segments: ¨Before¨, ¨During¨, and ¨After¨. When you have finished your online application – or parallel to this process – you can complete the first segment of the LA (Before Mobility). This document is your academic validation and justification to your home university. This serves as an initial agreement, not a definite guarantee for being able to enroll in all desired courses. Enrollment is subject to timetable compatibility, and in other faculties course enrollment is subject to availability. Send us the LA to oriccps@ugr.es

Is your University aligned with the Online Learning Agreement (OLA) platform? We are not committed to the OLA platform. However, if you send us a PDF we can return you the document signed and stamped digitally. Send to oriccps@ugr.es.

See more on the procedure in the next step!

  • Most commonly used scholarships are going through the Erasmus+ network (the amount is subject to country and University regulations and preferences). Other funds available are best to be checked with your home coordinator as at times University have funds available for homegrown students, or have knowledge in which regional or government funds can be available, as well as in specific cases private sector or philanthropic organizations can finance specific-purpose individual academic periods.

  • WHATSAPP: We have received very good student feedback on our WhatsApp service, and we continue to create the BROADCAST WhatsApp group of incoming students at our Faculty. Via this communication we share most essential information, also you are able to reach us here during all work days (Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 15:00). If you are interested in being included in this broadcast group please write to our WhatsApp: +34608011763

    Course codes and groups:

Each course has its unique numerical code and includes a group letter. It is important to pay careful attention when creating your Learning Agreement. Below one example illustrates why it is important to be diligent with this information as you might not be enrolled correctly in the course you wish to attend.

Perhaps you want to enroll in the International Relations course. There are two courses offered with the same name, same content of the course, but by a different degree/ department and a different timetable.
    * Relaciones Internacionales (2131138) https://www.ugr.es/estudiantes/grados/grado-ciencias-politicas-administ-derecho/relaciones-internacionales/guia-docente
    * Relaciones Internacionales (2121128) https://www.ugr.es/estudiantes/grados/grado-ciencias-politicas-administracion/relaciones-internacionales/guia-docente
Note as well the importance of the groups. Only Group B of 2121128 is taught in English, the other three groups are taught in Spanish. Generally international students are enrolled in afternoon classes to assure enrolment - of course permitted no timetable conflict occurs in individual student timetables.

You can also find courses of other faculties, unfortunately there is no UGR-wide database for all faculties. Consult each faculty website for more information. You can always contact the respective international offices for better guidance or pass by our office.

  • Yes, most students do change their courses upon arrival. We generally recommend students to follow (more) courses for the first 2/3 weeks to test their interest in the course, the academic content, level of Spanish and compatibility of timetable (including courses taught at other faculties as well). Thereafter, a deadline will be shared, before due date you must submit a ¨changes form¨ (once only) to ask for changing courses, adding and omitting courses, as well as changing course groups (due to timetable or language difference). The Learning Agreement ¨Before Mobility¨ thus serves as an initial agreement. Your ¨Resguardo de Matricula¨ illustrates in which courses you are enrolled in the moment.

  • Yes, you can, however, these are subject to availability. We can recommend courses or other faculties that are more likely to accept foreign students. In general it is recommended to attend all courses from the start, including both those that you are enrolled in and those you wish to join but your place is not guaranteed.

  • After you have been nominated and you have completed the online application successfully, some time will pass for us to validate the administrative processes and then you will be informed by e-mail with our Acceptance Letter.

First Semester applicants will receive their Acceptance Letters around mid-July.

Second Semester applicants will receive their Acceptance letters around early-December.

  • If you are a master student please bear in mind you are coming under a Bachelor Level Interinstitutional Agreement. In most Spanish universities bachelor degrees run over 4 years and masters are 1 year (while in most European universities the structure is 3+2). Furthermore, courses offered at undergraduate level are completely separated from those offered at postgraduate level. What some of our partners do, aware of this 4+1 structure, is that they send master students through a Bilateral Agreement for undergraduate level and then, they validate the students’ credits as master level. However, it is always up to each coordinator. Exceptionally, incoming students are able to enrol in one or two courses taught in the different masters offered by UGR (a maximum of 2 courses per semester). Procedure is the same as when selecting courses at other Faculties (including it in the Learning Agreement and getting the approval from the Coordinator of the Master). Here is the link to the academic offer at master level. So, yes, you would be able to select a course taught in one of the masters but with the restrictions explained above.

STEP 3: Creation of necessary University accounts.

  • How do I log-in to my student account of the University of Granada? / How to I register my student account? / How I enter my student e-mail? / Where can I see my enrollment? / Where can I see my timetable?

The university of Granada uses various online systems to facilitate your academic time in Granada.

First, you need to register at the Virtual Office (https://oficinavirtual.ugr.es/ai/) here you use your DNI (passport or ID number with which you have completed your online application) and the ¨clave¨ a 4-number password you have received by e-mail. Check your spam just in case. Upon entering for a first time you can change your password, your DNI will always remain the same. In here you can see your enrollment (Resguardo de Matricula/ Consulta de Expediente), change the picture (Gestion de mi foto UGR) before making an appointment for your TUI; student card (Emision Instantaea de la Tarjeta TUI) and you can enroll for sports and other fun activities (Deportes: Alta, reservas y cursos) or rent sports-related things (Reserva de Espacios Deportivos).

In case you have forgotten your log-in details miraculously, do not worry and pass by our office.

  • This is your second step, you need to set-up your student e-mail (https://webmailest.ugr.es/) through Oficina Virtual (Correo Electronico) here you can choose your username and password (save them!). Important, these log-in details are the same for your PRADO account. Sometimes you need to obtain a code by means of a double-authenticator to enter your Virtual Office account. With this e-mail you can communicate with professors and fellow students and services offered by the University. Also, you are automatically receiving daily or weekly e-mails, researches and Bulletins from all UGR Academic relevant partners and activities happening year-round (you can unsubscribe as well).

You can find a tutorial of how to create your student email account here.

Linked to your student account, you can also create a gmail account (go.ugr.es). You can find more information here.

  • 1

    2

    3

  • This your third step, you need to set up your PRADO account which serves as your tool to see your timetable, courses, assignments, and how your professors can share information, updates and changes. This is also the space where you upload documents and you can see your grades. Again, through your Virtual Office (Consulta de Estado para Acceso a PRADO) log-in details or by going to https://prado.ugr.es/ (see more information here: insert tutorial document). Note: you must wait one day after you have created your Correo Electronico before you can log into PRADO. The same log-in details you have created for the Correo Electrónico are valid for PRADO.

  • Simple illustrated tutorial below

  • Everyone automatically has a Google Account (gmail). It is very easy, you just enter in your Oficina Virtual, Cuentas de Correo and you activate your google account. Then you will have an account which includes ¨go.¨ prior to ¨ugr.es¨ - for instance: tomdebaas@correo.ugr.es –> tomdebaas@go.correo.ugr.es and the password remains the same.

STEP 4: Planning life in Granada; calendar (dates), transport (travel) and housing.

  • Accomodation guide

  • Of course we recommend ¨Green Travels¨, such as public transport (bus= ALSA/ Flixbus, train= Renfe/ Interrail) car-sharing (BlaBlaCar), or by bike (yes we have had some students!), but we understand Granada is not in the centre of Europe and not so accessible. Thus, generally students fly to Malaga, but also Madrid and Sevilla have some great connections, also Granada has a small airport.

For more information on conveniently flexible packaged train deals go to: https://www.interrail.eu/en/interrail-passes/erasmus

  • You can check the academic calendar here: https://secretariageneral.ugr.es/informacion/servicios/calendarios-academicos.

You can also check some important dates to be considered in the first question of the previous step 2.

During the Mobility

STEP 1: Induction, Introduction and acclimatization.

  • fs

  • There are 2 relevant meetings organized for the students to attend prior to the start of courses.

    1. General Induction Days - February, 12, 2025 (12:00-14:00)

We recommend you to attend this meeting for the following reasons: it is an informative session that can answer some of your general questions, it is a great way to meet (international) students from all faculties of Granada, and lastly to explore on of the many beautiful buildings that belong to the University of Granada.
Find more relevant information here: https://internacional.ugr.es/estudiantes/servicios-recursos/jornadas-recepcion

    2. Welcome Meeting - Faculty of Political Sciences and Sociology - February 14, 2025 (10:00-13:00)

You must attend this meeting as this is our official opening ceremony, you will meet the Faculty staff, all your future colleagues, find your way around the Faculty spaces, and more importantly: find your way through the administrative processes and online environments functional at our Faculty.

    Faculty Welcome Meeting ´25

  • At the obligatory Welcome Meeting you will sign a paper to proof your presence and within a few days you will be receiving your Arrival Certificate by e-mail. If you need a specific paper to be signed from your home university you can pass by the office (weekdays 10:00-14:00) or send us a digital version to sign (@email). If your date of arrival is different and you can proof so, please send us an e-mail with a request to receive an adjusted version as well.

  • By law it is stipulated that all foreigner’s incoming must obey to do so – as explained in each General Induction Day. This is in part for safety and calamity planning important, and if you wish to make use of health services in proximity it is advisable. However, in practice many EU-citizens fail to do so because of the lack of availability of appointments in the Service for Foreigners of the Spanish Government.

STEP 2: Changing Courses.

  • Yes, many students do change their courses upon arrival.

Consult the different course offers and timetable schedules:

    Courses taught in English: http://sl.ugr.es/0ech

Timetable of courses Political Sciences and Administration: http://sl.ugr.es/0ebQ

Timetable of courses in Sociology: http://sl.ugr.es/0ebR

Timetable of courses in Political Sciences, Administration and Law: http://sl.ugr.es/0ebS

Courses offered with linguistic support: http://sl.ugr.es/0egd

You can also find courses of other faculties, unfortunately there is no UGR-wide database for all faculties. Consult each faculty website for more information. You can always contact the respective international offices for better guidance.

  • Yes, you can, however, these are subject to availability. We can recommend courses or other faculties that are more likely to accept foreign students. Recommended to attend all courses from the start (no matter whether you are enrolled or not).

Firstly, picking courses from other faculties is allowed. However, we cannot guarantee places. There are many opportunities in various faculties foreign students have used throughout the years. Yearly courses and interests therein change and thus the likelihood to be registered in your desired course as well. In practice, we do facilitate the process for many students to register in courses at faculties elsewhere. Our office is responsible for your enrollment, and we can recommend you a number of courses where you are more likely to join. Generally it takes more time and patience to be successfully enrolled in courses elsewhere, while simultaneously you should be attending classes already. The best advice we can give is to always have a Plan B ready at hand.

  • Generally a minimum of B1 to attend, otherwise you will realize it is very difficult to participate in class. You also need sufficient writing proficiency in Spanish. Therefore, there are also courses offered with linguistic supports which mostly allows for examination in English and more flexible professors. Also, there are courses offered in English at our faculty (more in the first semester) and in other faculties (places are subject to availability). Be aware that the first semester offers more courses in English taught at our faculty than the second semester.

  • To select courses is the responsibility of the student. The initial selection happens during our UGR online application. Your initial Learning Agreement (before mobility) may differ from this if you are interested in courses from other faculties. Selecting courses is only possible at a later stage, when you have arrived here in Granada, as the places to those courses cannot be guaranteed. You can choose from a wide selection of courses and thus attend courses from other faculties, we are flexible, as long as your home university agrees with your choice and justification of courses. Attendance to courses is obligatory.

Thus, upon arrival you are enrolled in the courses you have selected in your online application (UGR required procedure), nevertheless it is very common to change your courses and to attend more to make a wise choice. The method to change courses as a student of our faculty is by means of our ¨changes form¨, this is a document exclusively use by our office. Please be diligent with including all necessary information required.

  • The best online environment to check is ¨Resguardo de Matricula¨ your enrollment is updated whenever classes are changed/ added. You are not notified by any means of confirmation, and it's best to check yourself. Note, it can take a few days longer for your classes to visible in your timetable in PRADO.

  • There are some courses offered online through our MOOCs: https://abierta.ugr.es/ and there are some courses offered by our library – both usually worth 2 or 3 ECTS. Consult the librarians for more information or keep an eye on your Correo. The online courses last shorter but are at-your-own pace with a number of deadlines to meet in between. Also, to validate the credits, an amount of approx. 26-36EU need to be paid to receive the certificate (that you will need to upload later). These courses mentioned do not need to be added in the ¨Changes form¨, however you can add them in your Learning Agreement - During Mobility (modifications) - and later upon completion a procedere to upload your certificate it will appear in your Transcript of Record. As soon as you would have obtained any Certificate of completion of any MOOC please contact us (oriccps@ugr.es) and we would inform you how to proceed.

  • The courses that you have selected through our online application procedure are the ones that you are definitely enrolled in. However, checking timetable computability is your responsibility. Usually there are 3 different groups (depending on quantity, timetables and language) and you will be placed in one. You cannot reserve a spot in courses taught at other faculties, those are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee such a thing, we do however our best and in most cases succeed, but not always.

  • If the level of Spanish is an obstacle for you, you must think twice. Spanish is a necessity here. If you are lucky, you can follow only English courses, but the courses need to be validated by your home university and the schedule needs to be compatible. You can nevertheless attend Spanish courses in which the professors are more flexible and offer ¨linguistic support¨, meaning that some tasks or the final test can be taken/ written in English.

  • You can pick any course from any faculty permitted the following two requirements are met: your home university agrees and places are available for foreign students in the chosen course. If you must attend a course but the class is full, something is incorrect. If you must attend a course, you should have selected the course in the online application. If you suppose something went wrong with the online application please visit the office presently. If the course is taught at a different faculty, we cannot guarantee your place in the class and hence we have already informed you about that prior. If you missed the first (or multiple) classes, this is something you must discuss bilaterally with the professor. If the reason is grounded (and signed by doctor or home coordinator) please come to our office or share this information by e-mail: @email.

  • Please be aware that there are two parallel and different processes however both related to your courses in Granada: Learning Agreement (academic validation for your home university) & online application/ changes form (official course inscription at the Faculty of Political Sciences and Sociology UGR).

Only ONCE per semester. We are very willing to facilitate your desired academic career here, however administrative processes are costly and therefore we ask you to carefully use your opportunity to change courses once only. Nevertheless, within this one change you can use the (see Changes form example) you can include multiple modifications, meaning you can ¨delete¨ and ¨add¨ (multiple) courses as well as ¨changing groups¨.

  • The document generally used for this is the Learning Agreement - ¨During¨ segment (or also referred to as ´the modification´). When you have successfully completed the changes form, and your courses are updated (Resguardo de Matricula) and your timetable is correct (PRADO) you can modify your LA with justifications required for your home university and send us an e-mail with the PDF signed by yourself and please indicate clearly where the signatures are needed (this differs per document) (@email) and we will sign and stamp accordingly.

  • It is a rarity to happen, as we have to administer the list of courses in our digital systems. As attendance is a requirement you cannot continue with both courses. Check the timetable and the course offer and see if you can change groups. If there is no alternative, you must choose to maintain in one class and leave the other class, and subsequently try to enroll for another course.

  • PRADO displays the courses you are actually enrolled in through the systems of our faculty (online application you have completed and the changes form you might have used). The LA is solely an initial agreement and does not equal or automatically result in registration, therefore the aforementioned procedures are intended. Only after successfully changing your courses we can check and sign your modified LA.

Remember, your Learning Agreement is your academic validation by your Home University, your ¨Resguardo de Matrícula¨ is what you are actually enrolled in at the University of Granada.

STEP 3: Finishing my mobility; examination and completion of courses.

  • The timetable of exams are available prior to the start of semester: https://polisocio.ugr.es/docencia/grados/examenes

This includes all programmes offered at UGR polisocio. The webpage also includes the timetable for ¨ordinary¨ exam dates as well as ¨extraordinary¨ exam dates.

Please use this information wisely, mark the dates in your agenda, and when necessary timely communicate by the ¨Solicitud de evaluación por incidencias¨ procedure to request changing the moment when the exam is taking place (due to timetable conflict, etc.).

  • In the University of Granada the grading system works as follow: the scale runs from 1-10. 1-4 are insufficient, and 5-10 represent grades from pass, good to excellent. How the grade is ¨translated¨ to a grade in your home university depends on your home university regulations. The final grade is composed of all completed course assignments, mid-term and final exam. Normally, a student will need to pass the final exam in order to pass the course. Some professors award active participation and good completion of assignments during the semester and a pass of the mid-term to suffice for passing the course (without taking a final exam). How the grading of a particular course looks like should be clear for students after the first class otherwise these questions are best asked to the course holder/ professor either in-person or via e-mail.

The best is to ask for the "Guía didáctica" of each course, normally available in PRADO.

  • Professors are obliged to organise a review of the exam. If you are unhappy with an exam grade, consult PRADO to see at which day and hour the ¨Exam Review¨ is organized to attend. If you are unable to attend immediately notify the respective professor by e-mail. Grading and evaluation is done with rigour, and this is a competence of the professors.

  • Beware that when you have finished a MOOC course successfully it does not automatically appear in your Transcript of Records. It requires two actions. First, in order to receive a certificate, you must pay the required fee. Secondly, you must upload the obtained certificate through Sede Electronica: https://sede.ugr.es/procs/Gestion-Academica-Solicitud-de-reconocimiento-de-creditos-en-Grado

See more elaborate explanation on how to do so below!

  • CLM initially publishes the grades through their webpage (you can have a personal digital account at CLM as well).

For the students that wish to see their CLM language course certificate. Please note, the procedure is not so self-explanatory. If you wish to receive one you must contact them.

    1. PDF -> e-mail the respective  office or administrative unit responsible for your language course.
    2. Paper version -> pass by the office during (be mindful of limited opening hours).

To see your language course accredited please see the following question/answer on Sede Electronica.

  • If you would like to see all your gained ECTS on your Transcript of Records it requires timely action by the student.

You have to upload the certificates through Sede Electrónica de la Universidad de Granada:

        1. Access to the proccedure: https://sede.ugr.es/procs/Gestion-Academica-Solicitud-de-reconocimiento-de-creditos-en-Grado
        2. Identify using your identification number and Clave
        3. Complete the form as a student of the Faculty of Political Sciences and Sociology. In the field "exposición de hechos" just mention "Reconocimiento de créditos de MOOC o curso de español". In the field "petición" just write something like "Solicito reconocimiento de X créditos por el Curso XXXXX"
        4. Do not forget to upload the certificate of the course
        5. Finally, select "Facultad de Ciencias Políticas y Sociología" in the field "Facultad de destino".

Once you have done this, just let us know by email (oriccps@ugr.es) so we can manage your application (SUBJECT: ¨Accreditation MOOC/ CLM/ library course through Sede Electronica¨)

Best of luck, and with questions know where to find us!

  • In this case you must go through the University procedure to ask for an exemption (https://sede.ugr.es/procs/Gestion-Academica-Solicitud-de-evaluacion-por-incidencias/). Exemptions related to academic calendars are generally granted with legit reasons

    1. If your current timetable evidently illustrated your exams unluckily coincide. This regards only exams of UGR, not of your home university.
    2. Illness or urgent family matter: you must go through the same procedure and proof your reasons are grounded (urgent family matter, (sudden or severe illness). The sooner and the more complete your communication (include signed papers of medics), the better. It takes approximately two weeks for these requests to be looked into.

Do not wait until the exam period has started to write these letters of arrangement.

Examples which are not valid reasons for missing an exam:

    1. Travel to family, or travel-related issues. In this case you must attend the extraordinary exam session.
    2. Conflict of timetable with the semester of your home University. This is known in advance, you can only take the exams in the two prior known exam periods.
    3. If you have failed your first exam and you had pre-booked your flight home during the second exam period. There is no alternative exam to take possible.

After Mobility

STEP 1: Completion of Mobility/ Transcript of Records

  • A ´Confirmation of Stay´ proofs the end of your stay and thus mobility. This document is required signed (and stamped) to validate the duration and ending of one´s mobility period. Also, this is needed for receiving the final part of (Erasmus+) funds (for those that are recipients of such).

The end date is either the day when you are taking your final exam or the day that you have booked your return transport. Your day of arrival which may be presented in the same document is stated on the day you have first signed your arrival in-person with staff of the International Relations Office. This is generally during the Faculty Welcome Meeting when you have attended this.

The document needs to be signed as close as possible to the actual day of departure (as written on the document). We do not have glass boll and hence we cannot predict the future - we are not allowed to sign such papers in advance. There are two possibilities.

    1. The student brings the document printed to the International Relations Office and has it signed in person, one day prior (or very close) to the day of departure.
    2. Upon arrival in one´s home, the student can send us (via e-mail oriccps@ugr.es) proof of departure, this is usually by means of a receipt of used transportation (means).

Alternative cases are better to be informed timely and explained elaborately to find a solution altogether.

  • Transcripts of Records are sent approximately 2 weeks after the regular exam period (exact dates will be shared) - after all professors have completed their ´Actas´. You will receive a message in your @correo.ugr.es telling you to download your TOR (PDF) from the Hermes platform.
Approximately one week thereafter we will send your TOR to your University.
If you are doing/have done any resit exam (Convocatoria Extraordinaria), let us know by writing to oriccps@ugr.es as soon as you would see the mark is updated (visible in Expediente - Oficina Virtual). Only thereafter, we can generate a new TOR upon request.
You can read this tutorial on how to download your TOR: http://sl.ugr.es/0erW

If you are only a first semester student you´ll be receiving your TOR in early February. If you are a second semester student or staying the full academic year, you will only be receiving your TOR in early July.

Students that attend classes at Posgrado (Master level) will have to contact their office as well (epinternacional@ugr.es) which will result in having two seperate TORs. One including all courses from all faculties completed at Bachelor level, the second TOR from all Master courses completed.

The process is illustrated with screenshots in this tutorial.

  • A very straightforward answer: NO. This applies to all students, Erasmus, international or Spanish, in all cases. The exam schedule is accessible prior to the start of your mobility and hence you can prepare yourself accordingly and timely.

STEP 2: Feedback and sharing experiences

  • We do our work with pleasure on a daily basis and we are always happy to hear personal student stories! You can write us an e-mail, send us a written letter from your home country which we will hang on our wall, or you can tag us on Instagram! But the best of course is to pass by the office before you are leaving home!

  • Describe your best experiences that we can share among colleagues and other international relations offices around the world.

As we are trying to facilitate all processes best we can for our students we want to hear from you how we can our services, digitalisation, ways of working, etc. Please feel free to be elaborate and specific in giving your feedback, it is extremely useful for us.

Any ideas to innovate the services we offer, to be more engaged with students, to collaborate with certain parties, or how we can improve our website and communication channels. We are also keen on continuing to learn from new incoming generations of students with a diversity of backgrounds.
